On March 23, 2025 we celebrate the 250th anniversary of one of the most important speeches in American history.

Tickets are Sold Out.

  • The 1:30 PM show will be livestreamed. Scroll down for link.

  • Holy Eucharist is at 10:30 AM. Visitors are welcome.

  • Other historic sites will have tables in the graveyard throughout the day, including Mount Vernon, Wilton House, VMHC, Tuckahoe, NPS - Chimborazo, and Red Hill.

  • The Visitor Center will be open from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm

Liberty or Death Reenactments

    VIP Guest Ken Burns opens the 1:30 PM reenactment with introductory remarks. Patriotic music and a special performance of the Star Spangled Banner. Doors open for seating at 1:00 PM.

    Special guests, patriotic music, meet the delegates, and more. Doors open for seating at 3:00 PM.

Patrick Henry Jolly, a direct descendant of Patrick Henry, has been performing Patrick Henry's "Liberty or Death" speech for over 25 years. Come hear his monumental speech at the exact location where Delegate Henry called Virginia to arms on March 23, 1775.
