John Banister has invited William Watkins, his fellow Dinwiddie delegate to the Second Virginia Convention, and Delegate Patrick Henry to join him at Battersea to discuss Henry’s “Give me Liberty, or Give me Death!” speech delivered earlier that day at St. John’s Church in Richmond. The three men discuss what “Liberty” means to them, their businesses, their families, and the community.
