St. John's Church Foundation's Liberty or Death reenactment goes national!
Our pre Veterans Day Liberty or Death reenactmentof the Second Virginia Convention airs nationally Saturday, December 17 on C-SPAN 2’s American History TV Show.
The show will air four times on 12/17, with the first starting at about 10:15 a.m., followed by showings at 12:30 pm, 1:15 pm, and 10:15 pm. It will be available online at c-span.org following its initial airing.
This is incredibly exciting news for our organization, as the program will increase national exposure, and interest, in the Second Virginia Convention, Patrick Henry's "Give me liberty or give me death!" speech, and the important educational work that we take on.
