Arnold’s Raid, Four Days of Events
This is a FREE program offered by the National Park Service, St. John’s Church Foundation and Henrico Recreation and Parks. Day Four, Sunday January 5th, will be held at Historic St. John’s Church.
Day One: Thursday January 2nd at 7:00-8:00 PM

Kate Gruber, Historian and Director of Engagement, Public Programming, and Interpretation of the VA250 Commission, discusses the diverse experiences of Virginia women during the years surrounding the American Revolution. This program is held in support of Benedict Arnold's Raid on Richmond history weekend events in partnership with Henrico County Recreation and Parks, History Division. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Living history demonstrations with reenactors.
Musket firings at 11, 1, 2, and 3. Kids Militia Drill at 12 (kids of all ages welcome).
All day long experience period games and activities, foodways, spinning, music, Historic Weapons displays, British and American camps, and living history interpreters.
Day Four: Sunday January 5th from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
11:00 AM Revolutionary Richmond Walking Tour (one mile) with National Park Service Ranger Bert Dunkerly.

12:30 PM St. John’s Church Visitor Center Opens.
1:30 - 2:00 pm: Revolutionary War music at Historic St Johns Church (Outside)
1:45 PM Church doors open for seating

House Rules for Historic St. John’s Church
We encourage masks but they are no longer required.
Seating is first come, first served.
There is no food, drink, gum, candy, strollers, backpacks or firearms permitted inside the church.
Bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 are prohibited inside the church. Any and all bags are subject to inspection. Please leave backpacks and bags inside your vehicle as we have no place to store them.
